A case for receiving both a video tape and an optical disk is provided to contain the video tape and the optical disk together in the one case without separately keeping the video tape and the optical disk, thereby solving all of management, spatial, searching, and cost problems. A receiving case(100) comprises as follows. The first panel(110) is in a box type that an upper side is open, and wherein a video tape(200) is set and fixed. A small-sized optical disk case(300) is set and fixed on an inner side of the second panel(120). A hinge connector(130) is formed in a double-bending type so as to connect the first panel(110) with the second panel(120) to make both panels(110,120) overlapped together.
