A drive unit assembly of an optical disk player is provided to install a separate plate for mitigation and separation between a fixed plate and a spindle motor, and to integratedly form a bracket for fixing a guide shaft on the installed plate, thereby mitigating vibration applied by a driving action of the spindle motor. A spindle motor(110) is fixed to an upper side, and a fixed plate(120) is fixed to a lower side of a base plate(140) by coupling members(121) to install the spindle motor on the base plate. A mitigation and separation plate(130) is fixed between the fixed plate and the base plate, and is protruded to an upper side through a through hole(141) formed on the base plate, so that a shaft fixing bracket(132) to which the end of a guide shaft is fixed is integratedly formed thereon.
