An optical disk recording apparatus and a reservation recording method are provided to record a stereo audio signal on the first channel while recording a 2-language audio signal on the second channel, on an optical disk in case of reservation recording of TV broadcasting programs, thus a user is able to reproduce the stereo or 2-language audio signals in desired voice multi-mode. An input unit(62) inputs voice multi-audio signals to separate the signals into a stereo audio signal and a 2-language audio signal. An MTS(Multi Sound) IC(Integrated Circuit)(64) separates the 2-language audio signal into the first and second channels. A switch(66) switches the stereo audio signal with one of the first and second channel audio signals, and switches the signal with the other of the first and second channel audio signals. An ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(68) converts one channel audio signal of the 2-language audio signal delivered from the MTS IC(64) and an audio signal delivered from the switch into digital signals, and delivers the digital signals to an MUX(Multiplexer)(40).
