A mobile communication terminal having a broadcasting program receiving function, a broadcasting program management server having a broadcasting program transmitting function, and a system and a method for transmitting and receiving a broadcasting program are provided to sufficiently supply information on the broadcasting program and to determine the reception of the broadcasting program according to the program control information. An information processing member(102) of a broadcasting program management server(100) stores the program control information in a program information table. A transmission/reception member(104) of the broadcasting program management server transmits the program information table and the broadcasting program to a mobile communication terminal(150) through a broadcasting network(190). An information search member(154) of the mobile communication terminal searches the program control information from the program information table.
