A karaoke system through a portable terminal and a karaoke service method are provided to mix a voice signal with a music signal through an external sound equipment by using the portable terminal capable of delivering an FM signal, and to output the mixed signals, thus music and a voice can be outputted together while a karaoke function is properly realized. A portable terminal(10) comprises the followings. An MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface) signal processor(16) reproduces downloaded songs in connection with a controller(15) to realize a karaoke service function. A microphone(17) inputs a user's voice by being installed on one side of the terminal(10). A mixer(18) mixes a music signal applied from the MIDI signal processor(16) with a voice signal applied from the microphone(17). A wireless delivery unit delivers audio signals mixed by the mixer(18) to the outside.
