A wire feeder of a tire bead manufacturing device is provided to produce a bead with a square-shaped section by stacking wires on the fixed position by keeping tension of a wire supplied to a bead former constant. The wire feeder of a tire bead manufacturing device is composed of a fixing roll support bar(20) vertically attached and fixed to a wire winding bobbin(10) wound with a wire(w) and a bobbin bracket(12) supporting a rotary shaft of the wire winding bobbin; a fixing roll(30) shaft-installed at the free end of the fixing roll support bar to guide and feed the wire unwound from the wire winding bobbin to a drive roll and then recover and send the wire to a bead former; a drive roll support bar(40) movably assembled to the bobbin bracket by a hinge(41); and the drive roll shaft-installed at the free end of the fixing roll support bar to wind up and guide the wire passing through the fixing roll and feed the wire to the fixing roll again.
