An equipment for transferring workpieces in a fish-hook manufacturing machine is provided to reduce defective proportion by transferring workpieces in a stabilized posture using a chain system and improve productivity by enabling the equipment to be reoperated immediately after stopping the equipment and removing defective workpieces only. An equipment for transferring workpieces in a fish-hook manufacturing machine(100) comprises: a transfer chain(20) comprising a pair of inner side plates having workpiece catching grooves formed on an upper surface thereof, and a pair of outer side plates which have workpiece catching grooves formed on an upper surface thereof, and which are connected to outer sides of both ends of the inner side plates such that the outer side plates can be rotated through a hinge pin into which a cylindrical roller is inserted, wherein the inner side plates and the outer side plates are alternately connected to one another in a line to form a loop shape; upper sprocket wheels(31,32) formed from a workpiece injection position to a workpiece discharge position to straighten the transfer chain by applying a tension to the transfer chain; lower sprockets(33,34) formed below the upper sprockets and engaged with an inner side of the transfer chain; and drive means for imparting rotary power to any one of the upper and lower sprocket wheels to induce rotary track motion of the transfer chain.
