A method of producing wild grape honey tea by mixing wild grape(Vitis amurensis Rupr.) concentrates and honey as main ingredient and sub-ingredient containing sugars, citric acid, vitamins and sodium benzoate is provided. The tea has functionality and sensory properties of wild grape. To make titled wild grape honey tea, 10 to 30% by weight of any one selected from wild grape powder, wild grape extract and wild grape concentrates with 30 to 70Brix is mixed with 10 to 20% by weight of honey. During the preparation, a sub-ingredient and purified water can be added. The sub-ingredient contains 10 to 20% by weight of one or more sugars selected from oligosaccharide, glucose, sugar and fructose containing liquid fructose; and 0.1 to 3.0% by weight of one or more additives selected from citric acid, sodium citrate, vitamin B and vitamin C.
