A fixing member for a polarizing plate and a display device comprising the same are provided to minimize the deformation of a polarizing axis of the polarizing plate, thereby preventing the generation of blotch, by forming the fixing member on the polarizing plate. A fixing member(41a) is formed at a lateral wall of a polarizing plate(40), which is attached to a substrate(43) for a display device. The fixing member prevents a polarizing axis of the polarizing plate from being deformed. The polarizing plate includes a polarizing element, supporters formed on upper and lower surfaces of the polarizing element, and an adhesive for attaching the polarizing plate to the display device.
