LASER VISION SENSOR SYSTEM TRACKING WELDING LINE

摘要

A laser vision system which reduces a distance between a welding torch and a laser diode to track a welding line in near real-time when performing TIG welding using a welding wire feeder, and can avoid interference of a welding wire accordingly is provided. A laser vision system for tracking a welding line comprises: two light generators distanced from a torch(110) in a welding direction and installed at both sides of a welding line; cameras(100) installed such that the cameras are spaced from the light generators in the welding direction. The cameras are parallel to the torch, and the laser vision system for tracking a welding line further comprises optical mirrors(102) slantly installed in lower parts of the cameras. The laser vision system for tracking a welding line further comprises protection glasses(104) installed below the optical mirrors. The laser vision system for tracking a welding line further comprises an other laser vision system oppositely to the laser vision system based on the torch.
