A case for receiving both a video tape and an optical disk is provided to contain the video tape and the optical disk together in the one case to store both a tape and a disk, thus management is easily conducted in a video/disk lending store while cost is reduced. The second panel(120) comprises as follows. Sliding guides(122) are formed on both sides in parallel so as to guide sliding motion of an optical disk case(300). A stopper projection(124) is formed on an inner side to stop movement of the inserted optical disk case(300). An elastic suspending projection(125) is formed on an inner side to support a rear end of the optical disk case(300) by being projected as the optical disk case(300) is fully inserted after being pressed while the optical disk case(300) moves. Sliding holes(126) are pierced in a length direction to make the optical disk case(300) perform the sliding motion by contacting with the disk(300) from the outside.
