An audio dubbing method in an optical disk recording/reproducing device is provided to be capable of rewriting video data recorded on an optical disk and dubbing audio signals inputted from the outside, on the optical disk after the video data and the dubbing audio signals are stored in a register of a memory, thus the audio signals are dubbed together with the video data. When an audio dubbing key signal is inputted, encoded video signals of n addresses recorded on an optical disk are reproduced, and dubbing audio signals inputted from the outside are encoded(S10-S30). The encoded video signals of the n addresses and the encoded dubbing audio signals are stored in m addresses of a memory register(S40). After data of the n addresses are deleted, the encoded video signals and the dubbing audio signals stored in the m addresses are rewritten in n+1 addresses of the disk(S50,S60).
