A mobile communication terminal with a camera is provided to enable a receiving sound of a speaker to be sent by aiming at a user irrespective of rotation of a camera device, thereby realizing usage convenience. A body outputs image information as controlling information and communication. A camera device(300) is rotatively combined with the body, and wherein a speaker hole(340) for exposing a receiving sound of a speaker(410) to the outside is pierced on one side of the camera device(300). A receiving sound guide device is fixed to the inside of the body, and is mounted with the speaker(410) inside so as to guide the receiving sound of the speaker(410) up to the speaker hole(340).
