On a signal recording layer (102), a transparent protection layer (106) having a thickness of 100 micrometers and composed of a resin film (100), a boundary layer (104) and an adhesive layer (103) is formed. When refraction indexes of the resin film (100), the boundary layer (104) and the adhesive layer (103) are nf, ni, and na, respectively, one of the following inequalities is satisfied; nani>= nf, nanf>= ni, and |nf-ni|<|nf-na|. At this time, a protrusion (111) and a scratch (110) are optically buried by the boundary layer (104), laser beam scattering and wavefront deformation generated at such parts are reduced and an error rate can be reduced. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007 |
