An organic electroluminescent element and a display device and a luminescent device having the same are provided to constrain deterioration of a hole transfer layer by reducing an electron which invades the hole transfer layer. An organic electroluminescent element includes a luminescent layer(5), a hole transfer layer(4), and an intermediate layer(10). The luminescent layer(5) includes an organic material between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The hole transfer layer(4) is installed between the positive electrode and the luminescent(5). The intermediate layer(10) is installed between the hole transfer layer(4) and the luminescent layer(5). The intermediate layer(10) has an energy level of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit than an energy level of each lowest unoccupied orbit of the hole transfer layer(4) and the luminescent layer(5). |
