An extension eyepiece tube device of a microscope having a large-sized stage is provided to enable operators to inspect objects in a comfortable posture for a long time and to secure strength against external vibration by preventing an extended part from drooping due to the weight of an eyepiece lens unit and an extended part. An extension eyepiece tube device(1) of a microscope having a large-sized stage includes an extended part(3) for connecting an object lens unit(7) and an eyepiece lens unit(2) with a predetermined gap, to let an observer inspect objects with eyes through an eyepiece lens and transmitting an image obtained from the object lens unit to the eyepiece lens unit; and a reinforcing safety support(4) preventing the extended part from drooping. The reinforcing safety support comprises a support plate(41) supporting the extended part and a fixing unit(43) connected with the support plate to fix the reinforcing safety support.
