A mounting structure for a high-mounted stop lamp is provided to easily assembly the high-mounted stop lamp by pushing a fixing bracket through a through-hole of a package panel until the fixing bracket is locked on a locking portion, thereby shortening an assembling time thereof. A mounting structure includes a nut(12) inserted in a lower end of a mounting part(10a) which is formed at a bottom surface of a lamp housing(10), and a fixing bracket(18) having a bolt(16) at a lower end thereof, the bolt being engaged with the nut. A locking portion is formed on an upper end of the fixing bracket so that the fixing bracket is fixed to a package panel. A rib is formed on a lower end of the fixing bracket to temporarily fasten the bolt.
