SELF MAGNETIZING MOTOR AND METHOD FOR WINDING MAIN COILS AND SUB COILS ON STATOR THEREOF

A self magnetizing motor and a method for winding main coils and sub coils on a stator thereof are provided to revolve a rotator with a synchronous speed of magnetic filed without a slip thereof and prevent a vibration and a noise effectively by increasing a magnetizing ratio of an exciter magnetizing unit. In a self magnetizing motor, a stator(110) includes a plurality of stator slots(111) and exciter slots(112) which are formed on an inner circumference thereof with a regular gap, wherein teeth(113) are formed between the stator slots(111), an exciter pole(114) is formed between the exciter slots(114). A main winding is wound on the stator slots(111). A sub winding is wound on the stator slots(111) to have a current phase proceeding 90 degrees than the main winding. An exciter coil is wound on the exciter slots(112). A rotator(160) rotatably installed on the central portion of the stator(110) includes an exciter magnetizing portion(150) on an outer circumference thereof for being magnetized by the exciter coil.
