A DYEING PROCESS FOR DYED YARN USING NATURAL INDIGO PLANT

A dyeing method of the dyed yarn by using the natural indigo plant is provided to dye and reproduce the natural indigo plant with mass production. The raw thread is scoured by the scouring agent at the temperature of 70-80 degrees in centigrade(S1). The raw thread is firstly cleaned at the temperature of 60 degrees and secondly cleaned at the temperature of 50 degrees(S2). The solution mixed with reduction cleaning agent and sodium hydroxide is injected into natural indigo dye dissolved by the water of 80-90 degrees in centigrade and then the indigo coloring matter is extracted(S3). The reduced indigo coloring matter is inserted into a cheese dyeing device(S4).
