A recording medium and a text subtitle stream recording/reproducing method and device are provided to generate a set of style information when text subtitle stream files are recorded within the recording medium, and to effectively reproduce the text subtitle streams. Each dialog presentation segment includes at least more than one dialog text region, and each dialog text region is linked with one of a set of region styles and includes at least more than one pair of inline styles and text strings. The inline styles are configured to change one of region presentation properties designated by the linked region styles. The region presentation properties designated by the linked region styles contain font-related properties.
