The razor has a blade unit (3) that is arranged at a front end of a holder (2) in a replaceable manner, where the holder is provided for holding the blade unit. A head (4) and/or the entire holder are made of an elastic material e.g. silicone. Two hooks are introduced into the head for retaining the blade unit, where the hooks and the head are formed as a single piece. The blade unit has two projections (6) for retaining the hooks, where the distance between the hooks is reduced by compression of the elastic region and then the blade unit is released.
