METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CUTTING SHEET OF COMPOSITION FOR STARCH BOWL IN FIXED QUANTITY

A method and apparatus for cutting a sheet of a composition for a starch bowl in fixed quantity is provided to reduce defects by sending a final unit sheet back to an extruding part in case that mass of the final unit sheet is below a predetermined reference mass when measuring the mass of the final unit sheet. A method for cutting a sheet of a composition for a starch bowl in fixed quantity includes the steps of: providing a raw material of the composition for the starch bowl(S1); manufacturing a sheet by extruding the raw material(S2); making a density of the sheet uniform by rolling the sheet(S3); providing an intermediate unit sheet by cutting the sheet of the uniform density lengthwise(S4); and providing a final unit sheet by cutting the intermediate unit sheet widthwise(S5).
