A hinge device performing sequential movements for rotating 360 degrees is provided to sequentially adjust an angle in a range of 360 degrees via the first and the second panel such that scenes for waiting, making a phone call or capturing an image can be stably maintained. A hinge device performing sequential movements for rotating 360 degrees comprises the first hinge axis(210), the second hinge axis(220), a slide locker(230), an elastic support unit(240), a hinge support body, and a hinge cover(260). The first hinge axis(210) installs the first locking wheel(212) which forms the first locking recess(211) on one side of a circumference with a slant face(211a), and rotates together with the first panel(100). The second hinge axis(220) installs the second locking wheel(222) which forms the second locking recess(222) on one side of a circumference, and rotates together with the second panel(110). The slide locker(230), slidably combined between the first hinge axis(210) and the second hinge axis(220), installs a locking unit(233) in a middle part wherein the locking unit(233) forms the first and the second hooking unit(231,232), selectively inserted into and hooked at the first and the second locking recess(211,221), on both ends. The elastic support unit(240) elastically supports the slide locker(230) toward the first hinge axis(210). The hinge support body(250) forms a support part for rotatably supporting the first and the second hinge axis(210,220) and slidably supporting the slide locker(230). The hinge cover(260) is combined with the hinge support body(250) for covering the first hinge axis(210), the second hinge axis(220) and the slide locker(230).
