Cooler (9) contains heat convection block (10) and several heat pipes (6) held in block. Electronic component (2) can be fitted to block and each heat pipe is allocated to nearest section of component. Heat pipe holders (5) are so mutually spaced that sections allocated to heat pipes cover substantially same area in mounted condition. Holders are fitted opposite to component on block. Independent claims are included for module with cooler, circuit board, and computer.
