A table cylinder is provided to restrain dust or particles generated when operating a cylinder from scattering into a clean room by installing a dust plate for preventing scattering at a bearing part. A shaft(20) is extendable and shrinkable to a main body part(12). A bearing part is formed at an end of the shaft. A dust plate(28) for preventing scattering is combined with the bearing part for preventing dust or particles generated when the shaft is operated from scattering. A shielding member(32) is installed at one side of an inside of a width part of the dust plate for preventing scattering, an outer surface of the width part, and an inner surface of the width part so that the shielding member shields a clearance at the corresponding part. |
