A heat exchange unit is provided to form different paths between plates combined together, thereby realizing heat transfer corresponding to difference of characteristics between heat exchange media. A heat exchange unit includes first and second heat exchange plates(10,20) formed with metal thin plates with predetermined irregular pattern parts(30,40), wherein the plates are combined in parallel to each other and integrated together, and provided with first and second clearance parts(61,62) for passing first and second heat exchange media respectively. The first and second plates are substantially equal at outer peripheral areas thereof but different in the irregular pattern parts in the centers, wherein the pattern parts are complementary with each other to be symmetrically. The first and second plates are alternately overlapped with each other, wherein the outer peripheral areas face in the same direction with a predetermined distance from each other, and protrusions in the pattern parts contact each other.
