An LCD assembly body of a portable terminal is provided to preserve an LCD via partial absorption of a shock put on the portable terminal by installing an N shape bracket stepped between a lower case and an upper case and to reduce possibility that a shock is put on the LCD by slanting an LCD contact face. An LCD assembly body of a portable terminal comprises an LCD(210), a lower case(220) and an upper case(230). The LCD(210) displays information. The lower case(220) supports the LCD(210) at a lower part. The upper case(230) is assembled with the lower case(220), forms an opening part at a center such that the LCD can be exposed, and forms a fixed protrusion for pushing an edge of the LCD(210) while fixing the edge of the LCD(210).
