<p>A training tool whose width spacing of grips when held by both hands is selectable, whose grippability is improved, and that can be used for various kinds of training and rehabilitation of body parts other than hands and feet. The training tool has a substantially laterally oblong frame shape as a whole and is formed by a pair of substantially parallelly opposed grip sections (1a) and a pair of substantially parallelly opposed grip sections (1b) that connect the ends of the grip sections (1a) and are arranged at a smaller spacing than the first grip sections (1a). The first grip sections (1a) are linear or a gently curved, and the second grip sections (1b) are formed such that they are, in a front view, bent in a bow shape and that their center portions are, in a plan view, slightly narrowed inward of the oblong frame so as to close to each other.</p> |
