A hull cutting-type rice polishing machine is provided to facilitate assembly work by fitting keys of a spacer and a cutter ring into key grooves formed on four sides of the outer periphery of a hollow shaft. The hull cutting-type rice polishing machine is composed of a hollow shaft disposed in the front side of a screw conveyor and provided with key grooves(120) and vent holes(12) formed on four sides of the outer periphery in turn; a cutter ring(14) having a support piece(140) dividing a predetermined space extended to the vent hole, a key(142) fitted into the key groove and integrally formed on a predetermined spot of an inner peripheral surface, and a cutting blade(146) cutting the hulls from the brown rice and a circular arc-shaped groove(144) forcibly sending the brown rice, which are formed on the outer peripheral surface in turn; a spacer(16) formed smaller than a radius of the cutter ring and composed of a support piece(160) dividing a predetermined space extended to the vent hole, a key(162) fitted into the key groove and integrally formed on a predetermined spot of an inner peripheral surface, and obtuse angle parts(164) continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface in countless numbers to cut the hulls from the brown rice, wherein one side of the outer periphery of the spacer is opened by cutting to eject the wind passing through the vent hole toward the outer periphery of the hollow shaft; and a baffle ring positioned in the end of the hollow shaft at a predetermined gap to reduce the discharge speed of the rice by a baffle formed in the center and legs extended to the outer periphery.
