A transflective liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent corrosion of a pad part by forming transmissive electrodes after forming reflective electrodes, and prevent adhesion between uneven patterns of a reflection part and the reflective electrodes, thereby securing the reliability of the pad part. A substrate has a reflection part and a transmission part defined at pixel areas. Gate lines(125) and data lines(139) cross on the substrate for defining pixel areas. Thin film transistors(T) are formed at cross points of the gate lines and the data lines. Gate pads and data pads(127,141) are formed at one end of each gate line and data line. Uneven patterns are formed at the reflection part. Reflective electrodes(149) are connected with drain electrodes(137) of the thin film transistors and are formed at the reflection part. Transmissive electrodes(161) contact with the reflective electrodes and are formed at the transmission part. |
