The invention relates to medicine and veterinary sciences, in particular to mature dendritic cells produced from mononuclear leukocytes of a mammal individual and loaded with a polylysate obtainable from at least two tumors. A method for producing said dendritic cells is also disclosed. The inventive dendritic cells and vaccines based thereon can be used for preventing malignant neoplasms, in particular in an individual belonging to a risk group or predisposed to family types cancers and for preventing a relapse malignant neoplasm in the individual after antitumoral therapy.
