Two or more recesses are cut out in a cylindrical shoulder (14). A tube (12) is pushed over the cylindrical shoulder of a spindle nut (10) and deformed toward the recess in region of recesses and deformed regions contact walls of the recess. The deformed regions of tube are supported at oppositely disposed walls of one of the recesses that extend parallel to longitudinal axis of tube. Secondary deformed regions of tube are supported at oppositely disposed walls of recess that extend transversely to the longitudinal axis of tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a drive device system; and (2) a method of forming a drive device.
