摘要

A safe and effective recombinant mite allergen not containing any anaphylaxis inducing impurities, which is useful as a therapeutic or diagnostic agent for mite allergy diseases. There is provided a recombinant protein consisting of the following: (a) protein consisting of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or 35, or (b) protein comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or 35 having undergone deletion or replacement of one or some amino acid residues thereof or addition of one or some amino acid residues thereto, the above protein having mite allergen activity. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
