A holder device for connection of a faucet and a water supply hose is provided to prevent the holder device from being separated from the faucet by having a fitting protrusion, although an external force is applied to the holder device. A holder device for connection of a faucet and a water supply hose has a connector(10), a first packing(P1) which is coupled to a packing groove and maintains sealing, a fixing unit(20) coupled to an operating member(30) and contacted with a fixing unit groove, a spring(S) inserted and installed in a spring groove(21), the operating member installed movable in an operating part(14) and supported elastically by the spring, and a faucet connector(90). In the connector, an inserting part(12) is inserted into a water supply hose. The operating part is formed inside a coupling part(13) which is formed on one end of the inserting part as one body. A fixing groove(15) is formed on an inner circumference of the operating part. The fixing unit, the packing groove, and an adhering groove are formed in the inside the fixing groove. In the fixing unit, a separation preventer receiving groove(23) is formed on one side of the spring groove. A slope part is formed between the separation preventer receiving groove and a separation preventer located groove which is formed on one side of the separation preventer receiving groove. In the faucet connector installed on the facet, the separable operating member is inserted into and fixed to the faucet connector.
