The present invention provides a compact portable bottled beverage dispenser for dispensing a liquid from an inverted standard sized bottle commonly used in the drinking water industry. The dispenser may include a removable top made of a rigid material and closeable over a space, a base having a substantially flat bottom surface and mating surface for receiving the removable top, a collar having an aperture sized to receive a neck portion of the bottle and disposed within the base for supporting the bottle in the inverted position. A reservoir attached to the collar for receiving the liquid from the bottle, where the neck portion of the bottle extends downward through the aperture of the collar into the reservoir, and a spigot extending from the reservoir for dispensing the liquid from the reservoir. The dispenser may include shoulder straps and handles for carrying the dispenser and tie downs for securing means. |
