Sand blasting system especially using fine particles using a pressurized swirl chamber to prevent aggregation and clumping

A sand blasting system especially for fine particles, e.g. micro blasting, has a cylindrical pressurized chamber (11) between the hopper feed (2) and the blasting duct. The particles are loosened by a swirl action with pressurized gas loosening any accumulation on the cylinder walls. The pressurized gas and particle mixture is applied to a blasting duct. Recycled particles are returned to the hopper at a lower pressure than the swirl chamber.
