The rolling elements or wedges (13) are connected to the springs (14, 15) in such a way, that when the drive shaft (11) is stationary, they are free of mechanical contact with the drive- and driven shafts (11, 12). Each roller (e.g.) is housed in the central zone provided for it in a mirror-symmetrical cut-out (16), with connecting side recesses housing the springs (14 ,15). A step is provided between the side recesses and the central zone, which bulges radially-outward.
