The unit is assembled of a camera (11), a control device, a biopsy device, a rinsing mechanism, a flexible tube with an operating head (72), and a balloon mechanism with a locking balloon (4) and a feed and control balloon (5). The elements can be moved by using a joy stick. The new design of the unit comprises several inner ducts (8) with helical wall segments (69), a modified multifunctional pump facilitating a return motion of the tip (72) or the operating head (72). The tip of the head (72) can be used for an alternative ultrasonic position determination.
