A real temperature output air conditioner which lowers the ambient temperature of an interior space to a desired temperature and, one that has been achieved, delivers a constant flow of air at that specific temperature thereto. The present invention further includes a reservoir (20) within the evaporator unit (12) in which the evaporator coils (32) and heater element (18) are immersed. The evaporator coils and heat element act upon the fluid wherein thermal transfer to the ambient air is enhanced and dissipated to the interior space by the evaporator fan.
