A portable terminal having a two-way speaker is provided to lower the cost of production and to improve the efficiency of space and the flexibility of design by installing a resonance part, which can be relatively moved for a main body, and implementing two-way output through a single speaker. A portable terminal having a two-way speaker is comprised of a main body(110), a resonance part(150), and a speaker. A sound discharge cavity part is formed at the main body(110) so that sounds can be discharged to the external. The resonance part(150), formed so as to have a resonance space inside, comprises the first sound discharge cavity part and the second sound discharge cavity part. The resonance part(150) is separably installed in the main body(110). The speaker, installed inside of the resonance part(150), outputs sounds.
