Said display board can be provided with a transparent cover arranged above the surface thereof Said surface cover can comprise electrodes, which are arranged on the screen side and form, together with an electrode placed on the screen surface, a display element. Said display board makes it possible to replace individual display elements in the case of the failure thereof, thereby improving performance characteristics of said display board.
