A system for managing security entry with a mobile terminal is provided to prevent information leakage by controlling access with the mobile terminal when a user accesses a specific area, and by stopping a special function of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal(12) generates a barcode matched with barcode generation information and controls the special function when the barcode is generated. A security access registering/canceling device(10) generates the barcode generation information by using specific information and transmits the barcode generation information to the mobile terminal. An access gate(30) reads the barcode generated in the mobile terminal, transmits barcode information to a security access manager(40), and opens a gate if a gate opening signal is received from the security access manager. The security access manager analyzes the received barcode information, transmits the barcode information to a security server(50), and transmits the gate opening signal to the access gate. The security server stores the barcode information received from the security access manager.
