The method involves introducing a mixture of a fiber compound matrix, a drive material and reinforcing fibers under pressure into a molding cavity of an injection molding tool by an injection unit and foaming the material. The fiber compound matrix, drive material and reinforcing fibers are separately fed to the injection unit and are mixed within it. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an injection molded part (B) and an injection molding system.
