The holder (1) has a holding plate (3) with inlet opening (4) and lip seal (10). A flat wafer-thin flexible element (7) which is fixed at one end (12) to the plate and at the other end to a slider or flap (5) is able to move in all directions (X,Y,Z). The lip seal has the same material quality as the flexible element and both can be made of a fleece-like material or thin plastics film. The flexible element and seal can be made of different materials. Independent claim describes method for making a holder for filter bags where a wafer thin elastic element is mounted between the holding plate and slider and can move in all directions. At least some parts of the material of the element and seal are identical or similar.
