A system and a method for managing emails are provided to simplify a text input procedure of a receiver address input field and quickly send the email by generating and executing an auto-fill object with the email addresses stored in an address book. A mail server(30) is connected to user terminals(10) through the Internet(20), and writes and reads the email address by including the address book in a user mail database(41), and includes a writing CGI(Common Gateway Interface) provider(31). If a writing link is tried by a login user, the writing CGI provider configures an HTML(HyperText Markup Language) of a writing screen by searching many email addresses from the address book and adding the searched email addresses to an initial code of the auto-fill object, and transfers the configured HTML to a web browser(11) of the user terminal. The email address which is searched from the address book is the high ranked email addresses among the addresses ranked by a recent use date in order. The user terminal includes a writing HTML executer(12). |
