A mobile communication terminal and a power supply device of the mobile communication terminal are provided to supply power by using an electric cell when a battery is separated from a body, and to supply the power through the electric cell even when the battery is exchanged, thus a user stably and continuously makes a telephone call or watches a movie. An electric cell receiving unit(500) is formed on a body(100), and receives a separate electric cell except a battery(200). One side of a connection unit(300) is connected to a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), and connection with the electric cell receiving unit(500) is controlled on the other side of the connection unit(300), depending on whether the battery(200) is attached/detached. The PCB is supplied with power by being connected with the battery(200) through the connection unit(300).
