A transflective liquid crystal display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the fabricating cost and improve the yield by reducing a mask process, and prevent inferiority by preventing corrosion of a pad part. A substrate has a reflection part and a transmission part defined at pixel areas. A plurality of gate lines(125) and a plurality of data lines(139) are arranged on the substrate, crossing each other, for defining pixel areas. Thin film transistors(T) are formed at cross points of the gate lines and the data lines. A gate pad(127) and a data pad(141) are formed at one end of each gate line and data line. A jumping electrode(169) connects the gate line with the gate pad. Uneven patterns(147b) are formed at the reflection part. Transparent electrodes(161) are connected with drain electrodes of the thin film transistors and are formed at the pixel areas. Reflective electrodes(149) are formed at the reflection part.
