A commercial cleaning apparatus is provided to prevent the top plate from being stolen by installing the locking apparatus at the top plate and the body, and precluding the top plate from being arbitrarily separated. A commercial cleaning apparatus comprises: a body whose upper surface is opened; a top plate(36) for covering the body; and a locking apparatus(100) mounted at the body and the top plate to prevent the top plate from being arbitrarily separated. The locking apparatus contains a key combining part(102) penetrated at the side of the top plate and combined with a key, and a hanging part(104) whose one end is connected to the inner surface of the key combining part and rotated according to the rotation of the key.
