An output driver in a semiconductor device is provided to assure noise characteristics of the semiconductor device by easily controlling slew rate of an output driver and reducing the slew rate variation according to the environmental change. A main driver unit(28) drives an output stage. A delay unit(20,22) controls delay time of a driving control signal in response to a delay control signal. A pre-driver unit(24,26) pre-drives an input stage of the main driver unit in response to an output signal of the delay unit. In the delay unit, a delay delays the driving control signal. A digital mixing part mixes the phases of the driving control signal and an output signal of the delay in response to the delay control signal. An inverter inverts an output signal of the digital mixing part.
