<p>A method for baking by (a) putting the food in an oven and closing the door (4), (b) starting the baking process and (c) ending the process after a given time and opening the door (4), in which the door is opened automatically and the temperature of the air in the oven is lowered by means of a ventilating system. An independent claim is included for a baking oven (1) with a completely-closeable baking space (2), an opening device (door) (5) to open the baking space with a mechanism enabling automatic opening, a ventilator for the baking space and a control system which causes the door to open after a given time and the air temperature in the baking space to be lowered by the ventilator.</p> |
